Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Wkrift, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Wkrift is a personal finance tracking tool. It parses WhatsApp receipt messages to extract transaction data, displays summaries and insights, and sends optional daily WhatsApp reports. Wkrift is a tool to assist your own record-keeping — it does not provide financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use Wkrift. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Wkrift offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wkrift for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
• Use the service to process transactions for third parties commercially

7. Accuracy of data

Transaction data is extracted automatically from WhatsApp messages using OCR and text parsing. Wkrift does not guarantee that extracted data is accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying all financial records.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrojBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wkrift, including loss of data or financial loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
